Current Opening: Senior Tax Manager / Director

Job Description

Rapidly growing, San Francisco-based public accounting firm seeks a talented Senior Tax manager / director to work in their expanding international tax practice. This individual will manage the delivery of a comprehensive scope of corporate, individual and international tax services to U.S. and foreign multinational companies and individuals. This position offers the opportunity for a well qualified candidate to advance their career to the next level.

Desired Skills and Experience

Successful candidate will possess a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in taxation with a public accounting firm, law firm or internal tax department of a multinational company. Experience preferred in the following areas:

• Corporate tax – Incorporations, M&A, Consolidations and related consulting
• Partnership tax
• Individual tax – Experience advising high net worth individuals and families with complex issues
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong accounting, analytical, documentation and research skills
• Effective leadership and management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Taxation is required
• CPA required; JD, MBA or master’s degree is desirable
• International tax experience a plus

Base starts at $150K plus benefits – commensurate with market salary based on experience plus bonus and incentives.
