Eric Symkowick is an audit manager at Rowbotham & Company in San Francisco. He joined Rowbotham & Company in 2005. He has eight years of public accounting experience in the San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley and was formerly with Deloitte & Touche in San Jose. His experience encompasses a wide range of auditing, financial accounting, and financial consulting services. His focus is primarily on providing assurance and advisory services for middle market companies in the public and private sectors of the high-tech, bio-tech, manufacturing, and telecommunications industries. He has extensive knowledge and expertise dealing with Securities and Exchange Commission filings and reverse merger transactions. During his tenure with these firms, he has developed a broad range of accounting knowledge and has proved to provide excellent client service. He is actively involved with the firm’s marketing group as well as with the recruiting process.
Mr. Symkowick is responsible for planning, coordinating, managing and performing audits, reviews and compilation services for companies in a variety of industries.
Mr. Symkowick is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA – San Francisco Chapter) as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
