Tax
services provided by the firm include international tax
planning, transfer pricing, M&A, multi-state tax
consulting, general tax return compliance and tax
provisions.

Staff
Responsibilities/Qualifications:

Prepare federal and multi-state tax
returns
·
Research complex tax issues and draft tax
opinion memorandums
·
Assist with tax planning and special
projects
·
Sustain client relationships
·
Strong written and verbal skills
Tax Senior
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
·
Minimum of 2 years tax experience with at
least 1 year with a Big 4 or equivalent experience
·
Prepare and review federal and
multi-state tax returns and provisions
·
Develop and sustain excellent client
relationships
·
Oversee complex tax research projects
·
Train and develop tax staff
Tax
Manager
Responsibilities/Qualifications:
·
4 to 7 years of tax experience with at
least 2 years with a Big 4 practice required
·
Review federal and multi-state tax
returns, provisions and tax opinion memorandums
·
Review federal and multi-state tax
returns, provisions and tax opinion memorandums
·
Conduct research, plan special projects
and provide tax consultation
·
Manage, develop and sustain excellent
client relationships
·
Supervise, mentor and motivate staff and
seniors
·
Master's degree in Taxation, JD, or LLM
from an accredited college or university; CPA preferred
Compensation
Salary is competitive with Big 4 firms
and commensurate with experience. We also offer an
