of the guiding principles of the firm is to attract exceptional
people and maintain a rigorous continuing education program within
the firm. To this end RCO supports its staff with the latest in
office technology, and provides on-going
training and advanced university courses and Masters in Tax for
tax professionals. RCO encourages its staff to take on increased
responsibility. Just as the staff's areas of specialization are
varied, several of RCO's consultants have diverse educational and
international backgrounds. Our staff represent the following
countries: Canada, Korea, Indonesia, Australia, United Kingdom,
Taiwan, China, Malaysia, and India. The firm's founder, Brian
Rowbotham believes that the best way to stay competitive is to
maintain technical sharpness, share information openly, and put
total client service first.
IA International
is an international association of accounting and consulting firms.
Becoming a member of IA International has been strategic in
expanding RCO's international contacts and a key focus on its global
growth plan. As trade barriers between countries disappear and
markets flourish abroad, the company sees its international approach
as requisite for doing business in the future. Long-term
relationships and international contacts are a precious asset of the
firm. In addition to IA International, the firm maintains close ties
with legal, banking and consulting professionals in California and
